      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide clerical support tasks for residential group homes within the Stabilization and Crisis Unit
      - Manage and maintain multiple calendars, trackers, and spreadsheets
      - Assist with the interviewing, selection, and hiring processes
      - Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
      - Enter and track information using computer software

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
      - Two years of general clerical experience, including keyboarding and word processing
      - Associate degree or higher in any field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Attention to detail and experience in time management and organization
      - Experience using computer software for documentation and scheduling

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience communicating clearly and cross-culturally in writing and verbally
      - Familiarity with CPR/First Aid techniques and ability to obtain certifications
      - Experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds
      - Knowledge of Oregon Intervention System Certification (OIS)
