Aerotek is hiring for Solar installer in Syracuse, NY area

Pay: $25-30/hr

Shift: 7:00AM- 3:30PM

Location: Syracuse, NY

Start date: ASAP!

Description:

• Minimum 3 years experience as an residential, commercial, solar roofing projects
• Experience working on a pitched roof and adherence to all necessary safety standards.
• Knowledge of how to install new equipment to existing home equipment.
• Experience working independently and with out the direction of a lead technician
• Willingness to travel in the great Syracuse and Oswego Area
• Willingness and availability to work overtime and occasionally Saturday

Skills and Qualifications:

• 3 years in roofing or residential solar install
• Troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of PV equipment
• Good judgment and decision-making
• Site operation monitoring for safe work practices
• Management of personnel and resources
• Willingness to work overtime

Benefits :

• They are owner operated and there is a lot of room for advancement. Candidates will not be asked to travel outside of NY and work is local to Syracuse.
