- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be patient, empathetic, and have great listening skills
- Critical thinking and ability to work independently
- EPIC system experience
- Healthcare insurance experience preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Basic computer processing/data entry software experience
