What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Staff the 24/7 operation of the Office of School Safety Resource Center
- Evaluate and assess incoming school threats and information requests
- Provide technical assistance on threat evaluation and Records Management Systems
- Disseminate resources, materials, training, and emergency assistance as needed
- Exercise independent judgment and decision-making based on training and protocols

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Training, education, or work experience in using computers and information technology
- Effective oral and written communication skills for presenting information
- Ability to establish and maintain constructive working relationships
- Capability to handle sensitive data while maintaining confidentiality
- Experience in the operating procedures of K-12 schools and/or law enforcement

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- General knowledge of digital and/or general threat assessments
- Experience triaging external customer or client needs or complaints
