      Summary/Objective

      This position is to manage two critical business areas, Resource Management and Key Client /Key Client /Weather and Catastrophe Response. As part of the Resource Management team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring top talent through recruitment efforts, job fairs, and other networking opportunities. Your role will be crucial in bringing new talent into the division to support our ongoing operations. As part of the Key Client /Weather and Catastrophe Response team, you will be responsible for procuring resources to complete on-site work for clients during high volume impacted areas. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key suppliers and partners to ensure we have the necessary resources in place to respond quickly to any weather or catastrophic event.

      1. Resource Management

      · Collaborate with HR and implement recruitment strategies to attract new talent to the division.

      · Coordinate job fairs, open houses, and other recruitment events to increase the pool of potential candidates.

      · Manage the hiring process, from initial application review through offer letter issuance and onboarding.

      · Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to ensure job descriptions are accurate and reflect the needs of the division.

      · Manage the applicant tracking system to ensure all applications are reviewed and processed in a timely manner.

      · Develop and maintain relationships with tech schools and other talent pipelines to build a robust talent pool.

      · Create and hand off onboarding plans for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the division.


      2. Key Client /Weather and Catastrophe Response

      · Key Client /Weather and Catastrophe Response

      · Monitor weather and catastrophe events to ensure the division is prepared to respond quickly and effectively.

      · Procure necessary resources, such as equipment and personnel, to respond to high volume impacted areas.

      · Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure access to necessary resources and tools.

      · Manage logistics and transportation of resources to impacted areas.

      · Coordinate with clients and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless response effort.

      · Provide regular updates and reports on response efforts and progress to stakeholders.

      · Conduct post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement in the division's response efforts.

      · Overall, this team would need to be highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders would also be critical for success in these roles.

      · Ability to remain calm and composed in high stress situations and provide clear direction and support to team members.
