      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify resources and community supports available to families
      - Provide information, referrals, and assistance with linkage to various services
      - Advocate for clients and families to decrease service gaps and remove barriers
      - Collaborate with community-based agencies to support linkage to social supports
      - Assist in the development of an internal community resource library

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or higher in healthcare, behavioral health, or social services related field
      - Certification as a Community Health Worker highly desired
      - Exceptional written and oral communication skills
      - Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse audience
      - Must be able to travel between work locations and community-based agencies as needed

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with navigating social service agencies
      - Bilingual Spanish preferred
      - Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
      - Experience with resourcing and telephonic services
      - Knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Office, and ability to work in online platforms
