What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Contact insurance companies to set up claims and send out letters of representation
- Request reports, videos, and photos from police departments
- Follow up on requests proactively until received and update the status of requests in the case management software
- Update values in case management software when medical bills and EOBs are received
- Pay invoices for medical records, litigation services, and police department requests
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Computer skills required, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior experience in Records Retrieval preferred but not required
- Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's Degree preferred

- Experience in case management or insurance claims processing
- Familiarity with medical records and billing practices
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
