What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Contact insurance companies to establish claims and send out letters of representation
- Request reports, videos, and photos from police departments as needed
- Follow up on requests proactively until all necessary information is received
- Maintain accurate records in case management software, including updates on medical bills and EOBs
- Process invoices for medical records and related services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Prior experience in records retrieval
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple requests and maintain organized records
