      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee and manage sales activities within a designated geographic territory
      - Develop and present sales objectives and strategies to management for approval
      - Build and maintain relationships with key customers and respond to inquiries
      - Coach and train Account Reps on effective sales techniques and product knowledge
      - Secure orders and ensure compliance with signed agreements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of sales experience OR High school diploma with at least 8 years of sales experience
      - Experience presenting to and communicating with diverse audiences, including senior management
      - Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, and training staff
      - Ability to analyze and report data to drive improvements and find solutions
      - Willingness to travel up to 75%+ of the time for business purposes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - At least 2 years of experience selling to headquarter level personnel
      - At least 2 years of experience managing sales professionals
      - At least 3 years of general experience in managing people and developing staff
