      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and present sales objectives for market areas to management for approval
      - Direct implementation of business growth plans and strategies
      - Research and set strategies for future business growth in collaboration with sales and product divisions
      - Build and maintain relationships with key customers in assigned markets
      - Coach and train Account Reps on effective sales techniques and product focus

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of sales experience, or High school diploma and at least 8 years of sales experience
      - Experience presenting to and communicating with diverse audiences, including senior management
      - Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, and training staff
      - Ability to analyze and report data to identify trends and drive improvements
      - Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time for business purposes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - At least 2 years of experience selling to headquarter-level personnel
      - At least 2 years of experience managing sales professionals
      - At least 3 years of general experience managing people, including hiring and development
