      JOB

      From your workplace situated in the production site in Ham (North of France), you:

      • Participate in the definition and implementation of the HR management policy in close collaboration with the Site Management and the group;
      • Support managers on HR topics (labor law, employment law, training, recruitment, employment contracts, career management & performance, compensation, offboarding, disciplinary, departures, conflicts, litigation, social, management of staff representatives,…) of the four sites in France;
      • Provide support to the French sales entity management in different HR areas;
      • Ensure application of legislative, regulatory, industry collective agreement and local rules and manage legal issues, with the support of a law firm.
      • Support managers in the management of their team and the decision-making by integrating the HR dimension into their daily work and develop the managerial community of the site by providing support in the guidance of change;
      • Establish, maintain and organize social dialogue;
      • Supervise, manage and coordinate HR teams, promote communication and transversality, mobilize and develop the skills of HR employees

      You report to the plant manager of the site in Ham and to the Head of HR EMEA West. You work as business partner with other social entities in France. Furthermore, you have close contacts with the HR managers of the EMEA region.

      Profile

      • Master degree in social law, human resources, or business school with HR option and minimum 10 years experience or significant experience in a similar position
      • Previous experience in an industrial international company with matrix organisation
      • Besides French you express yourself fluently in English (verbal and written). Knowledge of German is a big plus but is not compulsary!
      • Knowledge of the regulatory framework related to the Human Resources function (, training, recruitment, payroll...), Management methodology and tools
      • Social negotiation and social relations skills
      • Teamplayer, pro active worker, listening skills, discretion,…
