What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement and maintain the Responsible Gambling program, including auditing marketing materials and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Develop and manage the company's problem gambling outreach and training programs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create training and monitoring criteria for detecting problem gambling behaviors
- Audit patron behavior for signs of problem gambling and adjust risk ratings accordingly
- Provide guidance on compliance with Responsible Gambling standards to internal and external partners

What is Required (Qualifications):
- A post-secondary education degree with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in a gaming compliance monitoring environment
- Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory principles related to marketing and Responsible Gambling
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong time management skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in regulatory compliance within the gaming industry
- Familiarity with the Mohegan Tribal Employment Rights ordinance (TERO)
- Previous participation in external Responsible Gambling certification and training programs
- Knowledge of Time and Attendance and Database Management systems
