      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop strategic plans for staffing, performance management, and team development across multiple locations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 10 years of retail experience, specifically in restaurant general management
      - Successful completion of the District Manager In Training (DMIT) Program
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
      - Ability to travel extensively (95%) between locations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1-3 years of multi-unit management experience in a convenience store or restaurant environment
      - College degree in business or a related field is a plus
      - Exceptional team-building and leadership skills
      - Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

      Loaf ‘N Jug was founded by Sam Sharp and Paul Jones in 1973. The first convenience store was established in Fowler, Colorado. Loaf ‘N Jug quickly grew to 52 locations, and was purchased by Kroger in 1986. The main headquarters was established in Pueblo, Colorado. The stores became a staple in middle America, expanding into other states such as Wyoming, New Mexico, Montana, Nebraska, and the Dakotas. In 2018, all 152 Loaf ‘N Jug convenience stores were purchased by EG Group.
