      ABOUT THE ROLE:

      We are seeking a talented and passionate Product Manager, Restaurant to join the Resy Product team and support the ResyOS suite of products for our restaurant partners. The ResyOS product experience covers a wide range of features and functionality, including setting up user permissions and service settings, managing reservations and tables, and tracking guest and restaurant data to help restaurants deliver the best hospitality to diners.

      WHAT YOU'LL DO:

      You will help set the product strategy and drive towards ambitious outcomes for Resy OS, Resy’s industry-leading restaurant platform. This role is highly collaborative, requiring a deep partnership with Engineering, Design, counterpart Product Managers, and various teams across the Resy-Amex ecosystem. You will be joining a small, passionate team of creative problem solvers and every project you lead will have a direct impact on Resy’s users and the business overall.

      WHO YOU ARE:

      • 2+ years in a product management role, with prior B2B SaaS experience preferred
      • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large, complex projects across the entire product lifecycle from inception through to launch
      • Grasps technical concepts and comfort working closely with engineers
      • Knowledge of design principles and systems from working with product designers
      • Analytical approach with a bias for data-driven decision making
      • Collaborative and hands-on working style that values diverse perspectives and helps uncover and address questions and assumptions
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex concepts and bring others along with your thinking
      • Self-motivated and shares responsibility for the team’s success and progress
      • Shares our love of restaurants, and wants to help the dining industry recover from a tremendously challenging past few years and continue to thrive
      • Experience managing both web-based and native mobile applications a plus

      Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
