What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze transaction data to identify fraudulent activity and support Retail Asset Protection field teams
- Review surveillance video to confirm or deny suspected fraudulent activities
- Report suspicious activity trends and develop queries to prevent financial loss
- Secure and review surveillance video for internal and external business partners
- Collaborate with various internal teams and external law enforcement agencies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 1-3 years of retail experience and/or loss prevention
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage execution of initiatives
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
