What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support electronic reporting of retail-owners' transactional data within the AgriMine® system
- Provide Level One support for retailer-users, resolving system or data issues
- Conduct onboarding and training for retailers using the AgriMine® system
- Manage retailer data health by identifying trends and collaborating on solutions
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with AgriMine® users

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-year degree with 1-2 years of customer service-related experience; related experience in lieu of a degree may be considered
- Detail-oriented with a knack for identifying and resolving data issues/errors
- Strong customer service skills and effective communication abilities
- Proven time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Basic data analysis skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerBI
- Familiarity with task-tracking or CRM tools
- Previous experience in the agricultural industry, particularly with ag business data
