What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the subject matter expert on retail deductions and compliance programs, particularly for Amazon suppliers
- Participate in sales calls to address technical questions and demonstrate how the employer's solutions resolve deductions issues
- Provide strategic insights and guidance to various internal teams including Product, Sales, and Marketing
- Collaborate with Product teams to prioritize features based on real-world challenges and customer feedback
- Stay informed on industry trends and developments to share insights internally

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of direct experience with retail deductions and compliance programs
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution, preferably in Business, Finance, or Supply Chain
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex issues
- Strong time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in consulting or advisory roles related to retail deductions
- Familiarity with various retailer compliance programs beyond Amazon
- Advanced technical skills and proficiency in relevant industry tools
- Previous experience in a sales support or customer success role
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
