What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide architectural vision and direction for capital improvements and developments
- Research new retail design concepts and trends for implementation
- Evaluate the built environment and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with corporate and field teams to implement design concepts
- Create visual collateral, including sketches and 3D renderings to communicate ideas

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields
- Minimum of 2-4 years of related experience in project management or design
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Cloud)
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to travel up to 30% for the role

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Licenses and/or certificates in architecture and construction
- Direct experience within shopping center design and development
- Strong communication skills for presenting ideas clearly
