What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities and optimizing display space in retail locations
- Manage and maintain creative product displays to engage consumers effectively
- Act as a brand ambassador by providing product knowledge and ensuring a positive brand experience
- Execute sales programs and initiatives, ensuring compliance and maximizing brand potential
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain inventory levels and uphold merchandising standards

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience required
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, merchandising, marketing, or customer service, or entry-level applicants with a willingness to learn
- Strong selling skills and ability to influence store personnel using data-driven insights
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently across a large territory
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required for extensive local travel
