What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and negotiate opportunities to increase sales and optimize display space in-store
- Assist with the installation and maintenance of creative displays aligned with branding initiatives
- Interact with store personnel and consumers to provide product knowledge and insights
- Execute sales programs and initiatives, ensuring compliance and maximizing brand potential
- Gather and report customer insights to support continuous improvement and enhance customer goodwill

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience required
- Entry-level candidates with a willingness to learn will be considered
- Strong selling skills and ability to influence store personnel
- Willingness to travel locally (~75%) within identified territories
- Must have a personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and maintain an excellent driving record

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, merchandising, marketing, or customer service
- Entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for sports nutrition brands
- Strong interpersonal and time-management skills
- Experience with data-driven selling techniques
- Ability to lift upwards of 25-50 lbs and engage in physical tasks related to product displays
