What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales growth through effective merchandising and customer service in assigned territories
- Manage creative displays and ensure alignment with branding initiatives to engage consumers
- Serve as a brand ambassador by providing product knowledge to store personnel and consumers
- Execute sales programs and promotional initiatives while maintaining compliance and inventory levels
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather insights and improve customer engagement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be located in the greater Pittsburgh area or willing to relocate at your own expense
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred
- Entry-level applicants with a willingness to learn will be considered; 0-2 years of experience in sales, merchandising, marketing, or customer service is acceptable
- Strong selling skills and ability to influence store personnel using data-driven insights
- Willingness to travel locally (~75%) and maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
