Retail Media Strategy: Develop and implement retail media strategies to increase brand visibility, sales, and market share within retail spaces for OHC and OTC brands across CEE markets.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize retail media campaigns across various platforms, ensuring they align with the brand's goals and objectives.
Budget Management: Manage the retail media budget effectively, allocate resources, and monitor campaign performance to ensure ROI.
Data Analysis: Utilize data and analytics to assess campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the retail media landscape.
Proven experience in retail media management or Key Account Management including on- and off- platform activations planning in e-commerce.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools – Google Analytics is a must.
Knowledge of advertising platforms, retail industry trends, and digital marketing – strong knowledge in Google Ad stack.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
Knowledge of e-commerce and retail technology is a plus.
English proficiency is a mandatory requirement.

Retail Media Manager
Role overview
In this role you will…
… develop and execute retail media strategies to boost brand visibility, sales, and market share in CEE markets. You'll plan and optimize campaigns, manage budgets, and use data analysis tools like Google Analytics to make data-driven decisions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, knowledge of advertising platforms and digital marketing, and a background in retail media or e-commerce key account management with focus on on- & off- platform activations to boost consideration metrics, conversion rates and purchases, are essential qualifications for success in this role. Additionally, staying updated on industry trends and landscape players is crucial. Retail media performance evaluation incl both brand equity building and dCom sales acceleration.
