What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Demonstrate merchandising best practices to store employees
- Train Independent Operators and their store teams on merchandising and brand standards
- Construct and deconstruct store fixtures, including shelving and racking
- Unpack pallets with various types of food and products
- Merchandise and organize products on the sales floor and in the stock room
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Can-do, professional, and positive attitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to travel weekly via plane and work 5-10 days in a row
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and overnight shifts
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in retail merchandising or related field
- Knowledge of merchandising best practices and brand standards
- Ability to work effectively on tight timelines
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions accurately
