JOB DESCRIPTION

About the Role:

As an Intern – Retail Operations & Experience you will assess current operational processes and SOPs within our retail stores and identifying areas for optimization & process improvement while elevating our employee and customer experience. You will touch all tasks within a retail store including inventory, customer service, workforce management, Omni Channel, technology, and new store openings & remodels.

Responsibilities:

• Spend time in our Levi’s stores to understand current processes, and the store associate and consumer experience.

• In partnership with members of the Operations team, Field Leadership and Store Managers, use data and insights to identify current process gaps and areas of inefficiencies.

• Research & benchmark operational best practices across the retail industry.

• Work with relevant partners to gather relevant data to perform Return on investment analysis

• Create proposal to improve in-store process and experience to improve both productivity and the store associate & consumer experience.

• Pilot updated processes in select stores, measure results, gather feedback and provide recommendation to leadership based on findings.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED

• Must be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate, associate program or graduate program

• Expected Graduation date Spring 2025

• Eligible to work in the U.S. or Canada (based on role location) and provide proof of work authorization (citizen or permanent resident)

• Experience with apparel industry and product knowledge (preferred)

Additional Information:

• Salary: $30/Hour for undergraduate and associate and $55/Hour for graduate

• Relocation: Travel and housing assistance will be provided if you need to relocate for the summer
