Spend time in our Levi’s stores to understand current processes, and the store associate and consumer experience.
In partnership with members of the Operations team, Field Leadership and Store Managers, use data and insights to identify current process gaps and areas of inefficiencies.
Research & benchmark operational best practices across the retail industry.
Work with relevant partners to gather relevant data to perform Return on investment analysis
Create proposal to improve in-store process and experience to improve both productivity and the store associate & consumer experience.
Pilot updated processes in select stores, measure results, gather feedback and provide recommendation to leadership based on findings.

- Someone who believes in practicing sustainability, diversity and inclusion
- Retail experience is ideal
High school diploma or GED
Must be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate, associate program or graduate program
Expected Graduation date Spring 2025
Eligible to work in the U.S. or Canada (based on role location) and provide proof of work authorization (citizen or permanent resident)
Experience with apparel industry and product knowledge (preferred)
Salary: $30/Hour for undergraduate and associate and $55/Hour for graduate
Relocation: Travel and housing assistance will be provided if you need to relocate for the summer

About the Role:
As an Intern – Retail Operations & Experience you will assess current operational processes and SOPs within our retail stores and identifying areas for optimization & process improvement while elevating our employee and customer experience. You will touch all tasks within a retail store including inventory, customer service, workforce management, Omni Channel, technology, and new store openings & remodels.
