What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee a retail shopping center portfolio, ensuring properties are managed to maximize asset value
- Develop and implement business plans for each property to meet owners' objectives
- Provide oversight of maintenance personnel and contractors to ensure property upkeep
- Build and maintain relationships to retain and expand business opportunities
- Conduct monthly and quarterly financial reporting as required by clients

What is Required (Qualifications):
- College graduate preferred
- GA Real Estate License required within 90 days of employment
- 2-4 years of experience in commercial property management, preferably in retail
- In-depth understanding of financial performance related to property management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer navigation
