What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Connect with customers to understand their projects and recommend suitable products
- Provide exceptional customer service to exceed customer expectations
- Maintain cleanliness and stock levels in assigned areas to ensure a safe shopping environment
- Collaborate with management and team members to achieve sales goals
- Process transactions and handle customer refunds and exchanges according to established guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years or older
- Customer service experience
- Basic math skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure
- Some positions may require completion of forklift certifications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in retail or sales environments
- Knowledge of home improvement products
- Previous experience using point of sale (POS) systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
