What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the brand ambassador and primary contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and product expertise
- Maintain full distribution of existing products and ensure new items are correctly placed on shelves
- Proactively drive sales by securing displays and pre-selling items for promotions
- Manage time effectively to meet store call frequency and complete daily merchandising tasks
- Complete accurate database entries, reporting, and other administrative tasks as required

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience required
- 1-3 years of selling experience
- Must maintain a current and valid driver's license; daytime travel approximately 25%
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- Experience in retail sales or customer service in a related field
- Proven ability to work independently while also demonstrating strong team-building skills
