What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage customer leads through conversations that build brand and drive purchases
- Work closely with the leadership team to adopt merchant brand voices and understand their products
- Become a subject matter expert for assigned merchants
- Identify gaps in internal processes and assist in implementing improvements
- Maintain accurate internal documentation alongside teammates

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer engagement, or related customer-facing roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Capability to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods
- Motivated, organized, and capable of working independently while meeting goals
