What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Welcome customers and provide friendly and professional service
- Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
- Down stock merchandise and replenish supplies as needed
- Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure customer satisfaction
- Cross-functionally train in other store areas to enhance customer service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6 months of experience using a computer for information management
- Minimum of 6 months of experience with common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Capability to perform duties that may require prolonged standing or sitting
- Ability to lift 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with or without accommodation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 6 months of retail and/or customer service experience
- Bilingual skills
- Certification in a trade related to the department (e.g., hardware, plumbing, electrical)
