      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maximize revenue and ensure customer satisfaction across retail locations in the assigned territory
      - Develop strategic approaches to calling on accounts and identify growth opportunities
      - Conduct effective sales training programs focusing on brand differentiators and sales growth
      - Build relationships with key store sales associates and management in the assigned territory
      - Manage travel and expense budgets while achieving territory sales goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field preferred
      - Sales experience preferred
      - Understanding of the sales process and cycle
      - Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
      - History in the millwork or decking industry is a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree in Sales or Marketing
      - Experience in building materials preferred
      - Knowledge of client and customer relationships
      - Familiarity with quality processes
      - Previous experience in sales training or coaching
