      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Grow top-line sales within assigned territory across multiple product lines
      - Develop strategic approaches to calling on accounts and identifying growth opportunities
      - Execute effective sales training programs focusing on brand differentiators and premium sales growth
      - Build and maintain relationships with key store sales associates and management within the territory
      - Ensure merchandising standards and stock assortment are met in retail locations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-2 years of sales experience
      - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize competing tasks
      - Background in the millwork, decking, or building materials industry is a plus
      - Strong communication and negotiation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - College degree in Sales or Marketing
      - Understanding of the sales process and cycle
      - Experience working with a CRM platform (e.g., HubSpot)
      - Familiarity with client and customer relationship management
      - Knowledge of quality processes in sales
