What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Research and identify new retail targets while studying market categories and industry leaders
- Engage with retailers to secure attendance at events and maintain ongoing communication
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key retailers across various market segments
- Utilize Salesforce to track and analyze retailer data, providing insights to sales and marketing teams
- Assist in managing VIP and buyer programs and facilitate matchmaking between retailers and brands

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Fashion Buying/Merchandising, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- 2-4 years of showroom experience or a related role in the fashion industry
- Strong understanding of the fashion industry and retail landscape
- Proven track record of relationship-building and sales skills within the fashion or retail sector
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
