      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in daily operations of retail sales, including quotes, estimates, and product delivery
      - Maintain the quality of the retail floor, ensuring proper signage, pricing, and inventory levels
      - Coordinate product knowledge training for sales personnel and customers
      - Investigate and resolve customer issues related to order processing and pricing discrepancies
      - Lead and direct employees, providing guidance and training to less experienced team members

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
      - Minimum of five (5) years of retail or sales experience
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise resource planning (ERP) programs
      - Ability to understand and follow safety procedures

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Working knowledge of company products and the building industry
      - Strong math skills and aptitude for reading complex instructions or drawings
      - Experience with Point-of-Sales (POS) equipment
