      BMW Retailer Performance Centre Manager

      As the Retailer Performance Centre Manager you will be working with the Area Managers; Retailers and internal stakeholders to meet our sales targets and grow the business, through action planning and targeted insights.

      • Partner with Retailer Network working alongside Area Managers to provide insights & support in line with BMW Group’s objectives.
      • Identify trends in best practise actively sharing these with wider National Sales Team and the Retailer Network where appropriate.
      • Analysis, identification and reporting of performance trends from working with Retailer and Area Managers.
      • Support Retailer’s performance through action planning and performance management.
      • Manage relationships with respective BMW Financial Services and Alphabet colleagues to maintain consistency across BMW Group.

      Skills & Experience

      • A successful track record across business functions such as sales or marketing
      • Inquisitive approach to processes & practices.
      • Proactive in identifying trends and solutions.
