What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own retention marketing analytics by creating key retention visuals and making recommendations based on user behavior
- Perform A/B testing to maximize lifetime value (LTV) through different promotion types
- Develop data collection, analysis, and reporting systems for the Retention Marketing team
- Collaborate with the Retention Marketing team to execute and analyze segmented promotional strategies
- Create and present presentations and documents to technical and non-technical audiences
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of Marketing Data Analytics experience in an ecommerce, direct-to-consumer, or retail environment
- Advanced knowledge of SQL, including analytic and window functions
- 2+ years of experience using data visualization tools (preferably Tableau) and scripting languages (Python)
- Strong ability to draw insights from data analysis and communicate them effectively to stakeholders
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
