What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the analysis of retention loyalty program through segmented gamified strategies
- Perform A/B testing to evaluate the effects of loyalty program aspects on user behavior
- Develop data collection, analysis, and reporting systems for retention strategies
- Create presentations and documents to convey insights to technical and non-technical audiences
- Collaborate with the Retention Marketing team to identify opportunities for data-driven insights
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of Data Analytics experience in an ecommerce, direct-to-consumer, or retail environment
- Advanced knowledge of SQL, including analytic functions and common table expressions
- Experience with data visualization tools (preferably Tableau) and scripting languages (Python)
- Strong ability to draw insights from data analysis and communicate them effectively to stakeholders
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral

- Familiarity with data ecosystems and a strong understanding of brand business perspectives
