What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the point of contact for customers until they transition from Sales to Onboarding
- Identify and address debooking risks and pain points in the Sales hand-off and Onboarding process
- Manage escalations related to pre-sales items, including concessions and billing modifications
- Own Salesforce workflows for creating and updating escalation ticketing systems
- Gather data and log churn information to identify trends and areas for improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or customer escalation management
- Demonstrated ability to improve processes and manage customer retention
- Strong communication skills, including experience with executive-level interactions
- Excellent planning, time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
