      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Assist customers in understanding the importance of maintaining their coverage
      - Document customer interactions and policy details accurately in the database
      - Provide answers to questions about policy benefits and premiums
      - Maintain a friendly and efficient demeanor while multi-tasking under pressure

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Customer service experience
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills
      - Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
      - Ability to type 35 words per minute; pre-employment assessment required
