      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement customer retention strategies to enhance member loyalty
      - Prevent service cancellations by providing alternative solutions during inbound calls
      - Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally on the phone
      - Deepen member relationships through thorough needs assessments
      - Ensure consistent follow-up with members as necessary

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent required
      - Minimum of 1 year of retention-specific sales experience preferred
      - Required to pass and maintain a Producer Property and Casualty License; paid training is provided
      - Excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport with members
      - Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to remain calm in stressful situations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a customer service or sales environment
      - Familiarity with the firearms industry and safety protocols
      - Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and train other team members
      - Proven track record of achieving retention and sales goals
