      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Work with clients to obtain necessary information to prepare annual reporting for 401(k) plans
      - Review documents submitted by clients for completeness and accuracy
      - Reconcile plans using Excel and administration software
      - Prepare required 401(k) plan government filings, including the IRS Form 5500
      - Educate clients regarding the administration of their 401(k) plans and documents

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be 18 years of age
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach to problem-solving
      - Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
      - Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (business, finance, etc.) or equivalent work experience preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Basic knowledge of 401(k) plan structure, ROBS, and IRS/DOL Regulations
      - Ability to work in an autonomous environment as a self-directed worker
      - Skills in customer service, organization, and collaboration
      - Adequate math and analytical skills
      - Ability to create an inclusive workplace where everyone feels a sense of belonging
