What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare fee quotes for the Total Retirement Suite for sales and service teams
- Evaluate clients' current investment lineups and propose asset management solutions
- Analyze fee competitiveness and service packages to consult with field partners
- Perform job-related duties and special projects as required
- Collaborate with Sales and Service teams to support retention of retirement plan business

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial retirement plan operations, customer care, or similar roles
- Knowledge of retirement plans, products, laws and regulations, and industry standards
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and operate ethically
- Strong communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Excel and Salesforce
- Demonstrated time management and multi-tasking abilities
- Proven ability to coach and mentor less experienced employees
- Strong analytical skills
