      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide financial and operational data analysis to generate insights that improve departmental and organizational performance
      - Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and balanced scorecards to enhance decision-making
      - Collaborate with revenue cycle operations to create impactful analysis and follow through on action plans
      - Present data analysis and insights to senior executives and key stakeholders
      - Serve as a liaison for assigned customers, developing solutions to operational and billing functions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
      - General understanding of revenue cycle processes and associated data analysis
      - High attention to detail and strong independent judgment in decision-making
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly strong Excel skills
      - Experience with data query and visualization tools such as SQL, Power BI, or Tableau

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with storytelling concepts and tools
      - Experience with Epic Cogito tools, including Workbench and Slicer Dicer
      - Knowledge of Epic Caboodle and Clarity
