What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis and modeling, managing complex data sets to identify quality data gaps and trends
- Create AR aging reports and analyze overall accounts receivable performance
- Support system and data integrity, data validation, and development of operational, financial, and clinical quality data
- Analyze accounts receivable reports to identify problems and monitor projects based on findings
- Advise management on revenue cycle operations and assist with pricing strategies and contract reviews
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of finance experience specifically in healthcare revenue analysis
- Experience with revenue cycle management, FP&A, management consulting, or investment banking
- Solid understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes and commercial payor contracts
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling
- Proficiency in handling very large data sets
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in leading revenue cycle analysis to maximize value capture
- Familiarity with billing office best practices, procedures, and guidelines
