What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Track portfolio revenue and assist with property transitions into the employer's portfolio
- Develop and implement rent plan strategies in collaboration with Asset Management and Real Estate Management staff
- Analyze various subsidy types and contracts to maximize timely rent increases and manage HUD contract renewals
- Conduct in-depth rental market analysis and provide recommendations for property improvements to achieve maximum rents
- Collaborate with various departments to achieve property revenue goals and participate in the budget forecasting process

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in finance, urban planning, real estate, or a related field, or comparable combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 2 years of real estate or related financial experience in affordable housing
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and financial data
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and departments
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Yardi software
- Industry certifications such as ARM, CPM, COS, TCS, or SCHM
- Graduate degree in real estate, finance, or urban planning
