Position Statement:
The Revenue Assurance Supervisor leads the team delivering Revenue Accounting services to hotels across the MEA region supported by the UAE Finance Centre of Excellence (COE), with a focus on improving efficiency, streamlining workflows, and driving automation. The role reports to the Snr Finance Manager.
Position Summary:
· Line managing a team of Revenue Accounting Specialists and ensuring the quality of their work.
· Supporting hotels joining the COE with the transfer of their Revenue Accounting process.
· Drive process improvement & system automation—identify more efficient work methods by discovering automation opportunities, optimizing workflows, and challenging conventional practices.
· Confirming all positions of revenue and compiling the Daily Income Audit Report
· Overseeing back-end movements in the systems to ensure the correct average food checks are in place and all statistics are reported appropriately.
· Reconciling revenue related taxes and ensuring the timely reporting of these to property nominated persons so that the taxes can be communicated to government bodies
· Raising revenue and re-allocating revenue based on the request of an authorised finance lead of properties provided sufficient documentation has been provided.
· Monthly balance sheet reconciliations for Revenue Accounting related balance sheet accounts.
· Following up with hotel teams to ensure all Revenue Accounting control reports are uploaded to Docuware and approvals are obtained.
· Other tasks as required by business operations.

Required Qualifications
· Minimum Education: High school graduate.
· Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years each as a General Accountant and Revenue Accounting Specialist.
Preferred Qualifications
· Education: University graduate and/or accounting qualification.
· Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years as a General Accountant and 4 years as a Revenue Accounting Specialist.
· Proficiency in Power Query, Power Automate, and Power BI.
· Line management experience.
