      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Distribute standard management reports to leadership and relevant departments
      - Design and deliver new reports to meet ad-hoc revenue cycle information requests
      - Analyze third-party payments and denials, identifying trends and root causes
      - Create and maintain KPI dashboards for revenue cycle functional lanes
      - Prepare educational services and reports for internal departments regarding audit findings and regulatory changes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Intelligence, or relevant field
      - 3-5 years of medical billing experience (EPIC or eCW)
      - 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or business intelligence
      - Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
      - Excellent interpersonal communication skills to support project environments

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of experience in payor contracting
      - Business Intelligence certifications
      - Epic Revenue Integrity, Physician Billing Certification, or Hospital Billing Certification
      - Experience with managed care contract reimbursement processes
      - Familiarity with programming/scripting
