What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform daily chart completion tasks, including review in client EHR systems for provider clarification responses
- Manage requests and collaborate with Coders, Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialists, and Client Success Managers
- Analyze chart completion data to identify opportunities, trends, and recommended enhancements
- Provide professional analytical services to optimize business performance
- Assist in special projects and other roles as needed to support the employer

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree in Health Information Technology preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in an inpatient healthcare setting or related field
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Active AHIMA (RHIA, RHIT, CCS) or AAPC credential (CPC or CIC) required
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with minimal supervision

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Allscripts
- General working knowledge of ICD10 CM/PCS guidelines and principles
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently to meet deadlines
