What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze trends to determine variances and develop reports to assess these variances
- Summarize information, data, and recommendations, preparing presentation materials for management
- Make recommendations based on overall analysis to monitor areas of opportunity and risk
- Create and develop regular and ad-hoc reports
- Conduct payor policy analysis and review, including denial and revenue cycle trending
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as an analyst (revenue cycle, data, financial, business, or related) preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in billing and collections revenue cycle required
- Experience in healthcare delivery systems with knowledge of CPT/HCPC, ICD-10 coding, and Epic Revenue Cycle Applications highly preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare delivery systems
- Knowledge of clearinghouse, EDI claims, and remittance advice processing
