What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process dental claims for payment, ensuring timely coding, billing, and collections
- Perform manual and electronic posting functions for all payors and patient accounts
- Follow up on collections and resolve claims that have been rejected or denied by insurance
- Initiate appeals and ensure all required documentation is submitted
- Research and clear unapplied accounts and discrepancies in patient accounts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years of dental or medical experience
- Prior experience in dental office workflows and revenue cycle functions
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Proven attention to detail with strong analytical skills
