What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide standardized and compliant revenue cycle support to assist the employer in meeting financial objectives
- Collaborate with revenue cycle team members to achieve specific goals and objectives
- Identify and resolve inefficiencies in charge capture and revenue cycle processes
- Manage time effectively while meeting deadlines in a high-production work environment
- Utilize EPIC software and reporting functions to enhance operational efficiency

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree in Nursing or a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in an acute care setting
- At least 3 years of experience actively utilizing EPIC and its reporting functions
- Proven experience in a high-production, deadline-oriented professional environment
- Demonstrated ability to organize, plan, and achieve results in a fast-paced setting

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent
- Case Management Healthcare Professional certification upon hire
- 3 years of experience in case management or a similar function in an acute care setting
- Experience in a multi-hospital and/or integrated healthcare system
- Familiarity with revenue cycle processes
